For aid with future resistance and recovery, take 10 drops once weekly for up to 6 weeks then once monthly during the rest of flu season. For acute (currently have flu) Take 10 drops up to 3 times per day. Children under 12 we suggest 5 drops. Can be added to a tablespoon of water if needed.
