Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our products being both digital & physical & consultations, we do not offer refunds once an item had been shipped. However if there is any damage to your items whatsoever we will immediately ship out a replacement.
How quickly will I receive a digital product I have purchased?
As soon as payment is complete you will see a page appear with access to download your item. You will also, in addition be sent an email with access to download as well. Please check your junk/spam folder! If you still can not find it, don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
I booked a 1:1 consultation with Andrea, how will she contact me?
Andrea will call you via phone at the day/time of your appointment. If you are out of the United States/Canada, the call will be via WhatsApp. When you scheduled your consultation there was a section for you to add your WhatsApp number. If Andrea does not see it, she will send you both a text & email to touch base with you prior to your appointment.
How quickly do you ship?
We ask for 2-3 days for processing orders (we are not in office during the weekends/holidays). Orders are shipped out via USPS within 2-3 days of ordering. You will receive a tracking number emailed to you. If you did not receive, please check your junk/spam folder or feel free to email us for a copy of it.
I paid for a digital manual but I have misplaced it. Am I able to get another one emailed?
Of course! Just shoot us an email, with your name and what download you purchased and we will email you another copy.
What if an item is damaged once delivered?
No problem! Just shoot us an email and we will be happy to get another one out to you asap!
What times/days is your office open?
We are open Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm EST. We typically attempt to reply to all emails within the same day. But please allow us up to 48hours during work hours. You can contact us: hello@thehealingprotocols.com
